Congratulations Louise O'Neill!

Emma Holtrust March 20, 2015

Yesterday was the day - the YA Book Prize winner was announced and I am SO happy that Only Ever Yours by Louise O'Neill won! It is one of my favorite books of all time and it deserves every single award!

I was at the ceremony and below are some pictures!

All 10 nominated books were of course on display and don't they just look gorgeous together? Absolutely loved this display!

8 out of the 10 nominated authors showed up - who all wrote amazing books and so deserved to be nominated!

However, there is only one winner and this year that was Louise O'Neill!

“That is part of the beauty of literature. You discover that your longings are universal longings, that you’re not lonely and isolated from anyone. You belong.”
